Human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Chemokine C-C-Motif Receptor 1 (CCR1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CCR1. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CCR1 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate; TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.071 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the complete assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
