Human Cereblon ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Cereblon (CRBN) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CRBN in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate formatted as 12 x 8 well strips, with a CRBN-specific antibody immobilised on the plate surface. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-CRBN Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate is then used for colorimetric detection, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The assay reports a sensitivity of <0.125 ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Spike-and-recovery performance has been evaluated in serum (average 91%, range 80–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81–100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80–89%) across n=5 samples per matrix. Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 has been demonstrated in the same three matrices.
