Human Centromere Protein F ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Centromere Protein F (CENPF) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-CENPF detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is less than 0.046 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery values include serum at 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma at 81–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma at 80–89% (average 84%).
