Human Cell Division Cycle Protein 42 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cell Division Cycle Protein 42 (CDC42) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with a CDC42-specific capture antibody; standards and samples are incubated in the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-CDC42 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change from blue to yellow is read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing in serum gave an average of 91% (range 83%–100%), in EDTA plasma 94% (range 91%–98%), and in heparin plasma 94% (range 90%–99%).
