Human Cell Division Cycle Protein 25 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cdc25A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate format.

The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for Cdc25A is pre-coated onto the microplate; standards and samples are added and Cdc25A is captured by the immobilized antibody. Following incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Cdc25A Antibody binds the captured target, after which an HRP-Avidin conjugate is added. A TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of Cdc25A is calculated by referring to the standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <0.062 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The pre-coated microplate consists of 12 x 8 well strips and total assay time is 4h 30m. Detection is colorimetric, carried out on a microplate reader.
