Human Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SynCAM/CADM1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-SynCAM/CADM1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin/TMB detection chemistry read at 450 nm. Total assay time is 4h 30m, with a reported sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml and a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Recovery in spiked samples was 80–102% in serum, 81–100% in EDTA plasma, and 80–89% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at -20°C, with select components kept at +4°C.
