Human CD200 Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD200 Receptor 2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The quantitative product range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.34 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Spiked-recovery performance has been characterised in human serum (average 91% across an 80%–102% range), EDTA plasma (average 91%, range 81%–101%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%); dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 is also reported for each sample type. Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-CD200 Receptor 2 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to target concentration.
