Human CD200 Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD200R (CD200 Receptor 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with human samples and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Standards and samples are incubated with a biotinylated anti-CD200R antibody and HRP-avidin, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay range is 1.56-100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.55 ng/ml. Reported recovery averages are 91% for serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 91% for EDTA plasma (range 81-101%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity in serum (n=5) is reported as 87-91% at 1:2, 87-107% at 1:4, 74-101% at 1:8 and 92-97% at 1:16. Supplied components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
