Human CCL13 ELISA Kit

The Human CCL13 ELISA Kit from Antibodies.com is a 96T sandwich immunoassay for quantitative measurement of CCL13 (also known as MCP-4, Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-4) in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. CCL13 is a CC chemokine implicated in allergic inflammation, eosinophil recruitment, and monocyte chemotaxis, making this kit useful in respiratory, dermatological, and immunological research workflows.

Each well requires a 100 uL sample, and the protocol uses standard 450 nm absorbance readout after streptavidin-HRP detection. A pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection antibody, and wash buffer are included for a complete run.
