Human CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein Alpha ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human CEBP alpha/CEBPA (CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein Alpha) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. It is configured for human samples as a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with colorimetric readout on a standard microplate reader.

Stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
