Human Cathepsin G ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cathepsin G in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with detection performed on a colorimetric microplate reader by measuring absorbance at 450 nm.

The product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.064 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum (range 80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80%-89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has also been demonstrated across the same sample types.

Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
