Human Catenin Beta 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Catenin Beta 1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human beta Catenin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, a biotinylated anti-beta Catenin detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance includes a measuring range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.4 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is validated for serum and plasma samples and is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips), lyophilized standards, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.

Reported recovery is 83–99% (average 91%) in serum, 80–100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma and 82–99% (average 90%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
