Human Caspase 5 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Caspase-5 in human samples. The kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a Biotinylated Anti-Caspase-5 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate detected by TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Representative recovery ranges are given for serum (80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%), alongside linearity data across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
