The procedure uses a microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Carbonic Anhydrase 5B/CA5B. Standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Carbonic Anhydrase 5B/CA5B Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate solution for colourmetric detection.
