Human Carbonic Anhydrase IV ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Carbonic Anhydrase 4 (CA4) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total run time of around 4 hours 30 minutes.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of <0.31 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. Spiked recovery in serum (n=5) is 80–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81–100% (average 90%), and in Heparin plasma (n=5) 80–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 is also reported for each sample type.
