Human Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 9 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Carbohydrate Sulfotransferase 9 (CHST9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-CHST9 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 0.25 ng/ml and the standard curve spans 0.781–50 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validation data show average recoveries of 80–102% (mean 91%) in serum, 81–100% (mean 90%) in EDTA plasma and 80–89% (mean 84%) in heparin plasma, each with n=5. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
