Human Capping Protein Muscle Z Line Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CAPZB, also known as Capping Protein Muscle Z Line Beta, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format in which an immobilised anti-CAPZB antibody captures analyte from standards and test samples, followed by detection with a biotinylated anti-CAPZB antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Manufacturer-reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and the kit is reactive with human samples.
