Human Cancerous Inhibitor Of PP2A ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CIP2A (Cancerous Inhibitor of PP2A) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format together with a Biotinylated Anti-CIP2A Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml, and the full protocol runs in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reagent components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and sample compatibility has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
