Human Calreticulin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Calreticulin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Calreticulin detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with colour development by TMB substrate and absorbance reading at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.061 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiking recovery testing in serum (n=5) showed an average of 91% (range 80–102%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) an average of 90% (range 81–100%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) an average of 84% (range 80–89%). Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in each sample matrix. Detection is colourimetric, measured on a standard microplate reader.
