Human Calponin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) developed by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Calponin 2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with antibody specific for Calponin 2, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Calponin 2 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a colour change read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with absorbance proportional to Calponin 2 concentration and calculated by reference to a standard curve. The total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is 0.125 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
