Human Calnexin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Calnexin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids.

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-Calnexin detection antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is added and the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The concentration of Calnexin is calculated by reference to a standard curve. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Assay range is 0.781-50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.33 ng/ml. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (n=5, range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80-89%). Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across these sample types.
