Human Calmodulin Like Protein 5 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CALML5 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate formatted as 12 x 8 well strips, with an immobilised antibody specific for CALML5 capturing target from standards and test samples. After washing, a biotinylated anti-CALML5 antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate are added, and the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose intensity is read at 450 nm and referenced against a standard curve.

The reported sensitivity is 0.054 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m and detection is colorimetric. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit is intended for use with human samples.
