Human Calmodulin Like Protein 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CALML3 (Calmodulin Like Protein 3) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-CALML3 detection antibody in conjunction with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported performance specifications include an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/ml. Validation data supplied for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma report mean recoveries of 91% (range 80–102%), 91% (range 81–101%) and 84% (range 80–89%) respectively across five replicates per matrix. Linearity was assessed at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with reported recovery ranges of 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma (n=5).
