Human Calmodulin ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Assays and Kits range, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is configured for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Calmodulin 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and produces a colorimetric readout read at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Sensitivity is reported as <34.56 pg/ml and the assay range as 93.8-6000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery data are provided for serum (n=5) at 80%-102% with an average of 91%, for EDTA plasma (n=5) at 81%-100% with an average of 90%, and for heparin plasma (n=5) at 80%-89% with an average of 84%. Dilution linearity is reported from 1:2 through 1:16, with overall ranges of 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma and 82-105% for heparin plasma. Kit components are intended for storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
