Human Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase II Beta ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Calcium/Calmodulin Dependent Protein Kinase II Beta (CaMKII beta) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CaMKII beta in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids.

The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a capture antibody specific for CaMKII beta. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-CaMKII beta antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a yellow colour measured at 450 nm, with intensity proportional to the CaMKII beta concentration. Sensitivity is <0.113 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated recovery data are provided for serum (average 91%, range 83–100%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 90–98%, n=5), and heparin plasma (average 94%, range 90–99%, n=5). Linear dilution testing across 1:2 to 1:16 demonstrates acceptable parallelism across all three matrices.
