Human Cadherin, Osteoblast ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich-format ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human OB (Osteoblast) Cadherin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, where OB Cadherin in standards and samples is captured by an immobilised specific antibody and detected using a biotinylated anti-OB Cadherin antibody together with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and the concentration of OB Cadherin is calculated by reference to a standard curve. The manufacturer specifies a product range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.117 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as directed in the supplied protocol.
