Human Cadherin EGF LAG Seven Pass G-Type Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

This quantitative sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro measurement of human CELSR2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips, with detection based on a biotinylated anti-CELSR2 antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of 0.064 ng/ml, and a total run time of approximately 4h 30m.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and include a lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Reported recovery values average 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 81–101%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity ranges across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions are reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
