Human Cadherin 17 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LI Cadherin (Cadherin 17) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-LI Cadherin detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.054 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Spiked recovery values are: serum 83%–100% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90%–103% (average 96%, n=5) and heparin plasma 89%–102% (average 95%, n=5). Linearity on dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) was 73%–110% across the same sample types. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
