Human C-Type Lectin Domain Family 3, Member B ELISA Kit

Manufacturer specifications report a sensitivity of 0.07 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.187-12 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma showed average recoveries of 91%, 95%, and 94% respectively, with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions.
