Human Butyrylcholinesterase ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a Sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Butyrylcholinesterase in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay employs pre-coated wells, a biotinylated anti-Butyrylcholinesterase detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; the reaction is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.136 ng/ml. The total assay time is 4h 30m and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
