Human Brevican ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, the Human Brevican ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Brevican in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids [S1]. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm [S1].

The standard assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of 0.128 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes [S1]. Supplied components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with individual storage temperatures ranging from +4°C to -20°C as indicated in the kit insert [S1].

Recovery and dilution linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples, with average recoveries of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively, and linearity assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 [S1]. The product is intended for research use only [S2].
