Human Bone Sialoprotein ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and employs a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

The kit has a sensitivity of <11.2 pg/ml and an assay range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. It is reactive with human samples and is intended for use with a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported recovery values are 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma.
