Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate (12 x 8 well strips), using a Biotinylated Anti-BMP4 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min.
