Human Bone Morphogenetic Protein 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human BMP1/PCP in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) immobilised with an antibody specific for BMP1/PCP, a Biotinylated Anti-BMP1/PCP detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated using TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colourimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Sample recovery averaged 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in Heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit contents include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers.
