Human BMP7 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human BMP-7. The ready-to-use kit is run on a microplate platform with colorimetric detection, using a monoclonal antibody specific for human BMP-7 pre-coated onto microwells, with a biotin-linked detect antibody and streptavidin-HRP providing the signal.

Suitable for serum, plasma and urine, the kit has shown no significant cross-reactivity and can assay both native and recombinant human BMP-7. Sensitivity is reported as < 10 pg/ml, with an assay range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml. The kit should be stored at +4°C and not used past the expiration date.
