Human BMP Binding Endothelial Regulator ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human BMP Binding Endothelial Regulator (BMPER) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with a biotinylated anti-BMPER detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.059 ng/ml and the standard curve range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported recovery in serum is 80–102% (average 91%), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%) and 80–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%), with linearity demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
