Human Bleomycin Hydrolase ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Bleomycin Hydrolase (BLMH) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for BLMH, paired with a biotinylated anti-BLMH detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow after addition of stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm and the concentration of BLMH is calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The standard assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.071 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes 4h 30m. The kit is validated for use with serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids, and reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
