Human Aurora Kinase B ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Aurora Kinase B in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for Aurora Kinase B, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is developed with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour read at 450 nm.

The quantitative range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml, and the full protocol is completed in 4h 30m. Recovery has been validated in serum (range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, average 84%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated in the manual.
