Human ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 4 Polypeptide ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate format in which an immobilized capture antibody binds the target from standards or test samples. Following incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-ATPase, Na+/K+ Transporting Beta 4 Antibody binds the captured analyte and an HRP-Avidin conjugate is added. Detection relies on TMB substrate, producing a colour change whose absorbance is read at 450nm in a microplate reader and quantified against a standard curve.

Reported performance includes a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.106 ng/ml, with the full protocol completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiking recovery validation returned average values of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 90% in heparin plasma (n=5 for each matrix). Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample matrices.
