Human ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging Alpha Polypeptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of human ATP4A in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for ATP4A. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-ATP4A antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after the addition of acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Supplied components include a pre-coated 96 well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

At 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions (n=5), recovery ranges were 81-110%, 82-98%, 90-100% and 80-108% for serum; 91-97%, 90-107%, 70-108% and 89-93% for EDTA plasma; and 86-104%, 79-103%, 95-99% and 86-110% for heparin plasma.
