Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter G2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter G2 (BCRP/ABCG2). The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a BCRP/ABCG2-specific capture antibody, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-BCRP/ABCG2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, which changes from blue to yellow after addition of an acidic stop solution, and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.059 ng/ml with a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Validated for human tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, the kit is reported to perform with serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80–89%, average 84%). Supplied components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions, wash and sample dilution buffers, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
