Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MRP6/ARA (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C6) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and follows the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.126 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Standards and samples are incubated in the pre-coated wells, followed by Biotinylated Anti-MRP6/ARA Antibody, then HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow after addition of acidic stop solution; the intensity of yellow is proportional to the amount of MRP6/ARA captured and is read against a standard curve.
