Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C4 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MRP4 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for MRP4. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and any MRP4 present is captured by the immobilised antibody. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-MRP4 Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate solution is then used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The concentration of MRP4 is calculated by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.118 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date. Intended for research use only.
