Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MRP3 (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for the target, with detection via a biotinylated anti-MRP3 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a coloured product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of <0.105 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 m. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
