Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C13 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C13 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with a target-specific antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added; ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C13 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C13 Antibody, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added; the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The platform is a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips.

Recovery was assessed in serum (n=5, range 83%–100%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, 90%–98%, 94%) and heparin plasma (n=5, 89%–102%, 95%). Dilution linearity was reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types.
