Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C12 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ABCC12 (ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C12) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, employing a Biotinylated Anti-ABCC12 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with detection via TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.072 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.

Reported spike-and-recovery values are serum 83%–100% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90%–98% (average 94%, n=5) and heparin plasma 89%–102% (average 95%, n=5). Linearity upon dilution at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is reported as serum 79%–110%, EDTA plasma 73%–109% and heparin plasma 77%–110%.
