Human ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C10 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human ABCC10, also known as ATP Binding Cassette Transporter C10, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, in which an antibody specific for ABCC10 is pre-coated onto a microtiter plate. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and ABCC10 present in each sample is captured by the immobilized antibody.

Following incubation and washing, a biotinylated anti-ABCC10 antibody binds the captured ABCC10. An HRP-avidin conjugate is then added, and TMB substrate solution is used to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, and the ABCC10 concentration is calculated from the standard curve. Reactive with human samples, the assay covers a range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
