Human Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1 (also referred to as HL-1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1/HL-1 is pre-coated onto the microplate. Standards and test samples are added; a Biotinylated Anti-Asialoglycoprotein Receptor 1/HL-1 Antibody then binds the captured analyte, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate is added for detection. Following incubation and washing, TMB substrate is added and, after addition of acidic stop solution, the resulting yellow product is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reactivity is Human. The reported sensitivity is 0.066 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery data provided: Serum 80%–102% (average 91%, n=5); EDTA Plasma 81%–100% (average 90%, n=5); Heparin Plasma 80%–89% (average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
