Human Arylsulfatase B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ARSB (Arylsulfatase B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for ARSB; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-ARSB detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution, with absorbance measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.059 ng/ml, with a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Sample recovery (n=5) is reported as 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across the same sample types.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solution A, detection solution B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers.
