Human Arylsulfatase A ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Arylsulfatase A (ARSA/ASA) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with read-out on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. Captured analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-ARSA/ASA Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate is used to generate a quantifiable colour change.

Stated assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml. Approximate assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product must not be used past its expiration date. Reactivity is specified for human samples.

Recovery data are provided for serum (n=5, 80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, 81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, 80%-89%, average 84%).
